shipping:
ALL ITEMS are SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY UPON PAYMENT through the u.s. postal service priority or registered mail and are fully insured. 

returns:
ANY ITEM returned (except for glass and ceramics, see below) MUST ARRIVE BACK AT ANCIENT TOUCH within 2 weeks of receipt. the item must be IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS SHIPPED. ANCIENT TOUCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OCCURRING DURING TRANSIT BACK . FOR THIS REASON, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INSURE ANY RETURNS FOR THE PURCHASE PRICE. claims for damage will be handled through you and your insured shipper.  due to the fragility of glass and ceramic items, these items may be returned only for authenticity reasons. furthermore, authenticity returns will be granted only when accompanied by a reasonable, articulated explanation from an expert.
