N27 Egyptian faience and carnelian necklace
II century B.C. - IV century A.D.
Composed of eight faience amphora pendants interspaced with eight faience melon beads and a faience scarab in the middle. Carnelian beads are globular in shape with conical opening, drilled from one or both ends; some with a shallow slit across the opening at one or both ends to prevent drilling device from slipping. Minor chips, otherwise intact. L. 16.8" (42.6 cm)

Composed of six gold crescent pendants with twisted wire perimeter and double-ribbed suspension loop, triangular clusters of granulation, single granules at termination points; twenty- five 14-faceted green glass beads; thirty-four spherical and semi-spherical small green glass beads and later gold beads, soldered from two halves and terminated with wire collars; L. 15" (38.1 cm).

Consists of hollow, gold ribbed tubes spaced by groups of three blue glass beads; two semicircular gold pendants with incised lines and a suspension loop with single granulation at the top; central pendant with incised lines and granulation on the back, beaded wire perimeter and green glass cabochon set in collar with incised lines and pinched edge. Suspension loop decorated by granulations on top. L. 15.2" (38.6 cm).
